Control and supervise all aspects of the bitumen manufacturing operation including production planning, receipt, storage, supply chain and delivery relating to HSSE, cost, operational efficiency, personnel development and asset management deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

• Control and supervise the production process of bitumen products to meet the product specification.
• Ensure all operational activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with HSSE measures.
• Track quantity control of bitumen stocks using SAP system to ensure stock availability in providing sustainable stocks solutioning.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure plant's equipment and are functioning in proper condition with safety measures in checks.
• Monitor plant maintenance and calibration of programs for all operational activities so as to ensure that production activities are carried out in plan and in compliance with ISO quality system.
• Responsible for quality assurance and control in ISO 9001 and ISO114001 system of Bitumen operation.
• Co-ordinate with laboratory chemist and laboratory testers on products quality assurance matters.
• Review and plan bitumen plant's KPI reports for corrective/preventive actions and updates.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders for new product development.
• Provide necessary training to team whenever require.
• Any other ah hoc responsibility relating to production, process controls, quality assurance, operational and safety related issues.
• Fluent in both Thai and English Communication skills including writing, speaking, and reading

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations required preferably in a plant or heavy industry environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 or lean master will be added advantage but not a must.
• Demonstrate strong HSSE mindset and have good understanding in HSSE management system
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and efficient collaboration skills in providing cross department co-ordination.
• Leadership qualities to lead, direct and manage a team of contractors.
• Team oriented with high energy and desire to build strong relationships, collaborate and drive results across multi-functional boundaries in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• Willing to work rotating shift
