What's the role?

You will be entrusted to grow new prospects as assigned in high growth areas and retain key accounts in industrial sectors.

• To grow new prospects in key industrial sectors and retain existing accounts with strong profitability.
• To exceed team and individual KPIs and Productivity Measure as set by line manager.
• To develop robust sales planning (through Salesforce) which consist of opportunity management, key account planning, customer call/visit plan, etc. to ensure achieving performance delivery.
• Increase the value for existing Shell customers through profitability growth by means of win new customers, cross and up selling to existing customers, price management and zero customer churn.
• Understand the activity, business and needs of customers, providing optimal solution to customers to sustain business growth and profitability.
• Strong discipline to Sales 1st Behavioural KPIs (Salesforce).
• Be responsible and proactive in Safety that affects the individual, the office/field environment, and their customers.

What we need from you

• Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Business Administration or related field with minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce & Power BI is desirable.
• Able to drive passenger car with valid driving license.
• Willing to travel extensively within Thailand.
• Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skill.
• Strategic thinking and commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Good working knowledge of the customers operation and financials and awareness of specialist sources of information.
