Where you fit in

You will lead marketing strategy, planning and implementation of marketing activities related to Shell Fleet Solutions, this includes fuels and fleet solution product and services. Assist Head of Fleet Solutions in developing multi years plan to grow sustainable brand preference of Shell Fleet Solutions, spend effectiveness and good discipline of PIR. The role also requires working closely with internal colleagues across e2e of Retail business, Global Team, and external agencies/partners to deliver successful integrated Fleet Solutions marketing plans & activation.

What's the role?

You will be entrusted with the following:

• Develop the local brand strategy and lead the implementation of Shell Fleet Solutions' brand development, offers and related marketing activities that will enable the fleet solutions business to grow sustainably and meet growth aspirations

• Work with Head of Fleet Solutions to develop annual marketing plan for Thailand
• Work together with local Business Development Manager / SME Manager; developing competitor and customer insights and identifying opportunities/ customers/ prospects to support growth ambition
• Drive the implementation of fuels and non-fuel related product initiatives including marketing promotions / campaigns
• Lead to completion implementation of marketing activities within Budget and Timeline specified in marketing plan
• Intervene when plan timelines are not being met, provide update on plan performance, and resolve under-performance when necessary
• Play an active role (working with partner agencies) in ensuring flawless execution especially on-site execution across all sites on marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring we uphold Shell Brand experiences according to Global Brand Standards and marketing plan

What we need from you

To be successful in the role, we need the following:

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years in Marketing and Branding
• Significant experience in Marketing Activation, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, and Customer Value Proposition Development (CVP)
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, strategic articulations, and mindset
• Commercial mindset: business driven and entrepreneurial mindset
• Good relationship management and communication skills
• Able to adapt to changing environment and circumstances
• Fluent in both Thai and English Communication skills including writing, speaking, and reading
