Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Management Engineer to lead and manage environmental engineering projects related to water treatment, wastewater treatment, water recycling systems, and odor treatment systems. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, technical coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered effectively in terms of quality, cost, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee environmental engineering projects from planning through execution and commissioning

• Understand and supervise systems related to water treatment, wastewater treatment, water recycling, and odor treatment

• Review engineering drawings, calculation sheets, specifications, and material/equipment selections

• Lead project meetings and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with project schedules and objectives

• Analyze project issues, propose corrective actions, and prepare project progress reports

• Coordinate with internal departments, external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors

• Conduct site evaluations and prepare project cost estimation and budgeting details

• Ensure project quality, safety, timeline, and cost control are managed effectively

• Support on-site problem solving and provide technical recommendations when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Environmental Engineering projects

• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management

• Strong knowledge of water treatment, wastewater treatment, recycling water systems, and environmental utility systems

• Good project management skills covering project planning, cost control, quality management, and timeline management

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work systematically and handle site issues effectively

• Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills

• Leadership skills with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Able to use AutoCAD and/or SketchUp

• Good command of English communication both written and spoken

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible

• Able to travel domestically and internationally

• Possess own vehicle and valid driving license
