Senior/Leader Test Development Engineer

About the role:
As a Senior/Leader Test Development Engineer, you will take charge of developing and optimizing test solutions for mixed-signal IC products, ensuring high-quality performance and cost efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive CP/FT test solutions for mixed-signal IC products.
- Take ownership of test architecture, ATE software, and hardware solutions.
- Optimize yield, quality performance, and cost across the product lifecycle.
- Lead NPI bring-up and ensure seamless integration of test solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
Qualifications:
- Experience in analog or mixed-signal IC testing.
- Strong expertise in ATE test hardware design, particularly load boards.
- Proficiency in test development languages such as C / C++ / VB
- Proficiency in Cadence or similar EDA tools.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and Failure Analysis (FA).
- Experience in technical leadership or mentoring engineers.
- Chinese language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
