Responsibilities:

• Managing of all day to day activities in a high performing production area.
• Controlling the overall operation of the plant, and all subordinates.
• Developing the production processes (Dairy Products), implementing lean manufacturing processes, planning & monitoring production levels and volume targets, whilst acting as a leader in all technical requirements of the production area.
• Planning labor requirements to meet delivery schedules and quality standards providing technical support and being the resource person within the production area.
• Creating and executing company strategies in both short term and long term plan.
• Ensuring a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality, aged between 28 - 35 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Food Science & Technology, Industrial Engineer or any related field.
• At least 5-8 years’ experience from Food & Beverages Industry.
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, be energetic and a strategic thinker.
• Understanding of productivity, cost control and basic profit and loss.
• Good Command of English language and Good Computer proficiency.
