Legal Office Head
atEasy Buy Public Co., Ltd.- Advise the executives team on all business related significant legal risks/issues especially business contracts to prepare and adjust the business direction to comply with the law.
- Review correctness of all legal documents before submit EO, CFO & CEO to sign such as contracts
- Control the company registration documents including company shareholder registration documents, company intellectual properties, etc.
- Monitor and review the new business applicable laws and regulations released by the government to setup the action plan and communicate the change to other department.
- Review, interact and communicate all governmental documents & letters i.e. with Bank of Thailand, Office of the Consumer Protection Board, etc. to raise the good relations and collaborations.
- Review and provide legal comment and advice on contracts with both inside & outside parties to other departments
- Monitor and review Company lawyers performance or coordinate/work concurrently with outside lawyers on corporate litigation cases
- Monitor and control Corporate important documentations
- Monitor coordination with outsourced on expatriates visa and work permit issues
- Support Board and Shareholders' meetings about legal issue as assignment
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Law Major
- Solid background and knowledge of the Finance industry and of Thai legal procedures
- years up of experiences in Legal Management and/or Legal Enforcement with 3-5 years in Middle Management roles.
- Advanced knowledge in Thai business laws
- English Skills (TOEIC certificate)
- Negotiation and influencing, report writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Thai nationality only.
- **Working place at Sathorn Square. (BTS Chong Nonsi)
