Continuous Service Improvement Manager (CSI)
atEasy Buy Public Co., Ltd.- Create and report on performance metrics for service delivery to identify areas requiring improvement.
- Utilize available information, metrics and evaluations to develop recommendations for change.
- Provide input on internal processes to assist with service improvement initiatives.
- Assure all IT processes are complied and aligned to standard.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer science, Computer engineer, Electrical engineer, IT , MIS.
- Age 30-40 years.
- Experience 3-5 Years in IT service management.
- Knowledge Project management and Implementation, Understanding ITIL process, In depth and wide IT process skill.
- Good command in English.
- Thai nationality only.
