As the VP of Marketing, you are the head of the entire marketing team of Indie Dish. In this role, you will be leading the marketing team to develop fresh and modern health food brand that uses cutting-edge technology to reinvent the dining experience. You are strategic and have passion as well as skills in marketing, both online and offline. You will be an integral part of our top-notch marketing team, working alongside our co-founders to develop marketing strategies and help our startup grow. Indie Dish team has world-class experiences in technology (ex-Amazon.com) and aims to become the next most successful food-tech startup in Asia. Our startup is funded by one of the biggest restaurant chains in Thailand who comes with a wealth of experience and advice to help us build the strong marketing team.

• Set Marketing and Brand Strategy that helps Indie Dish grow its users and customers base
• Help us develop products (both food and technologies) that serve customer needs and help us grow fast
• Work with a digital marketer to develop effective social media ads and set health experiments that help us learn and grow
• Work with the content team to come up with content strategy and create timely editorial calendar
• Initiate and lead promotion campaigns through both online and offline media
• Work on partnerships to help our brand rapidly expand its presence
• Lead weekly business review metrics to engage other departments on the company's marketing performance

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management or Digital marketing
• Proven track record of career achievement in building brand and lead activation campaigns
• Mature, energetic, fast, result-driven, yet humble and kind
• Strong planning, managerial and organizational skills
• *Passionate about healthy food and startups is a plus
