Brand & Product Marketing Manager
atRS PCLResponsible for:
- Establish Brand and Product marketing strategies and executes on total Integrated Marketing communication ( IMC) including offline and Digital Marketing, all social media, and database marketing for business practices to guide branding, product and developing businesses.
- Product portfolio management and Initiative New product development concept by collaborating with NPD Team for New product Pipeline or upgrade current products to compete in the market including product portfolio P&L.
- Overseeing existing campaigns, performing analysis, and making recommendations on how to optimize campaign to achive marketing and business goals.
- Create campaign and contents for all social media and offline media to relate with brand strategies.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital and offline marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs).
- Making data-driven decisions to enhance campaigns, sales growth and consumer acquisition.
- Work with internal team to create growth strategies through IMC.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Planning, running, and analyzing sales performance in all aspects of promotional campaign, and advertisements through marketing tools and other online channels experiments and conversion tests and do implementation.
- Communicating with all stakeholders both internal and external and building relationships with them.
The ideal candidate should possess the following background :
- Bachelor in marketing, MBA, BBA, digital marketing, or similar majors.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experienced in Product Management and Digital - Offline marketing field.
- Any experience from food & supplement industry is surplus.
- Strong passion for brand and product marketing and performance-driven.
- Up-beat, positive, can-do attitude, inquisitive personality; trusted, reliable and goal-oriented.
- Fast-learner; Adaptability Quotient, analytical thinking and good communication skills; organized and dedicated.
- Good communicate both Thai and English.
- Excellence work with MS Office task
