About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Space Management Executive to join our Category Management team. This role plays a critical part in designing and optimizing shelf layouts (Planograms) to drive sales and enhance customer in-store experience. You will collaborate closely with Buyers, Market Analysts, and Trade Marketing teams to develop data-driven space strategies across multiple retail channels.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain shelf layout plans (Planograms) using Nielsen Spaceman or equivalent space planning software

• Analyze sales data, shopper behavior, and store performance to optimize shelf space allocation and product facings
• Collaborate with Category, Trade Marketing, and Key Account teams to align space strategies with category goals
• Provide SKU-level performance analysis and make recommendations on assortment and shelf arrangement
• Support macro space planning by assisting buyers with overall store layout planning
• Continuously monitor consumer trends and competitive display strategies to enhance space utilization

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field

• At least 1 year of experience in Space Management, Category Management, Merchandising, or Retail Analytics

• Proficient in using Nielsen Spaceman or other space planning tools

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to translate insights into actionable space strategies
• Solid understanding of key metrics such as sales per facing, stock turnover, and SKU productivity
• Experience with syndicated retail data (e.g., Nielsen Retail Index, Egg Digital, C Smart) is a plus
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, etc.)
