Job Description
Main Accountabilities
- Work closely with L&D and Sales team to plan, develop, and implement Sales Training program for Lyreco Thailand
- Learn and master training material currently available and Global Field Sales Best Practice modules
- Develop local adaptation of global sales training resources
- Prepare, coordinate, and conduct all sales training sessions – both in-house and in the field
- Develop additional innovative training resources such as video tutorials, e-learning, simulations, and role-playing scripts
Qualifications and Skills
- A University degree
- Experience in B to B Sales
- Experience on Sales Training
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Good English required
- Energetic, dynamic, coaching & training skills
