Job Description

Main Accountabilities

• Work closely with L&D and Sales team to plan, develop, and implement Sales Training program for Lyreco Thailand
• Learn and master training material currently available and Global Field Sales Best Practice modules
• Develop local adaptation of global sales training resources
• Prepare, coordinate, and conduct all sales training sessions – both in-house and in the field
• Develop additional innovative training resources such as video tutorials, e-learning, simulations, and role-playing scripts

Qualifications and Skills

• A University degree
• Experience in B to B Sales
• Experience on Sales Training
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Good English required
• Energetic, dynamic, coaching & training skills
