Job Description : 

• Oversee and conduct complex and thorough investigations across multiple business segments in Lazada by receiving and assigning allegations from a variety of channels, using internal and/or external resources as appropriate
• Develop investigative theory and utilize specialized techniques to gather and evaluate evidence to perform analysis and draw findings
• Conduct and instruct interviews of direct and indirect witnesses to present findings to business units and law enforcement agencies
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend business process refinement
• Prepare reports and evidence to meet legal and regulatory requirements for

Job Requirements :

• Fluent speaking and writing skills in English and Thai, fluent Chinese speaking will be advantageous
• At least 8 years of working experience in conducting multiple judicial investigations with a strong ability to independently carry out and complete complicated investigations. Professional certifications like CFE\CIA\CPA are preferable.
• Strong ability to coordinate legal resources and knowledge of criminal law, public security, civil law, or corporate law
• Experience in a law enforcement, legal department, professional regulatory body or similar organization with a judicial background, multinational corporate background, or overseas compliance background preferred
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills so that you can handle a variety of projects simultaneously and be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines and workflow fluctuations
• Ability to prepare cases and work constructively with law enforcement in pursuit of detailed investigations, prosecution and restitution, while maintaining confidentiality
