Seller Communication Lead
atLazada (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Communication Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven communication strategies that effectively inform, educate, and engage sellers.
- Design content strategies to highlight platform updates, policies, campaigns, product enhancements, and best practices.
- Continuously measure and refine communication effectiveness to maximize engagement and awareness.
- Manage team of 3-4 people
2. Crisis Management & Policy Implementation:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for seller communication during crises, ensuring prompt and agile updates.
- Implement regional policies into communication, ensuring clear understanding and adoption by sellers.
3. Venture Performance & Benchmarking:
- Monitor and drive performance metrics to ensure local communication effectiveness aligns with or exceeds regional benchmarks.
- Partner with key departments—including campaigns, product, marketing, platform governance, legal, and branding—to align communication
- Actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the regional communication leads, fostering best practice adoption.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with key departments—including campaigns, product, marketing, platform governance, legal, and branding—to align communication initiatives with organizational priorities.
- Lead the creation of compelling, on-brand content for diverse channels such as pop ups, IM chat, email, newsletters, and LazMagazine.
5. Seller Insights & Advocacy:
- Act as the voice of sellers within the organization by gathering feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address seller concerns proactively, enhancing the overall seller awareness.
6. Dynamic Adaptability:
- Navigate and adapt to rapidly changing market dynamics, team structures, and project requirements with agility.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communication
- Strong logical thinking, have capability to structure problems, identify insights and act
- Strong ownership and self-driven, go extra miles, ensure high quality process and output
- Strong communication and stakeholder management with willingness to interact, share ideas and work with individuals from other departments and regional
- Creativity and ideation
- Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Resourceful and can solve problem independently
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Experience with e-commerce or platform company is a plus
