A Day in the Life
As our O+O Activation Manager for Kerastase, you will be the engine driving our commercial success across all online and offline channels in Thailand. Reporting to the Brand General Manager, you will orchestrate seamless luxury consumer experiences by defining activation strategies, optimizing our offline and digital presence, and collaborating with key partners to boost performance and brand awareness & engagement.
Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Activation Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the O+O activation roadmap, including animation plans, to drive sales and consumer engagement across D2C, Marketplaces, retailers, and E-retailers.
  • Digital Merchandising Excellence: Manage the digital product catalogue, define assortment rules, and ensure best-in-class product pages (PDP) to enhance the consumer journey and conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Leads, Product Manager, Social Manager, and multi-division stakeholders on negotiation support, SEO/SEM strategies, and sharing best practices to create a unified commercial strategy.
  • Performance & Optimization: Monitor channel performance, run tests, and analyze results to continuously improve our online features, user experience, and overall business results.
  • Promotional Frame: Monitor and advice E-Commerce account leads on promotional offers to adhere to brand's promotional frame using data driven decisions.
  • CRM Management: Manage end-to-end Line@ communications to maximize acquisition and engagement driven by audience segmentation and messaging strategy.
