Project Manager
atUniventures PCL- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Provide and review project schedule, deliverables, and estimate costs
- Oversee all development activities to monitor compliance with regulation and requirements
- Coordinate and direct with all related parties
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review of work progress and project's budget on regular basis
- Prepare internal and external reports and documents pertaining to job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Architect, Civil Engineer, Construction Management or related field
- 10 years experiences in building construction or project development
- Intermediate capability level in project or construction management
- Intermediate knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Advanced knowledge of construction and project management processes, means and methods
- Understanding of all facets of the project development process
- Fluent in English
