Supply Chain Manager

- Manage overall supply chain operations from demand and procurement planning through final delivery.
- Coordinate with HQ and regional teams on demand planning, order fulfillment, and shipment schedules.
- Ensure effective alignment between sales forecasts, supply planning, inventory requirements, and business needs.
- Identify potential supply constraints and risks and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously improve supply chain processes to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) Planning & Management
- Lead and manage the monthly PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) planning process to ensure alignment among sales forecasts, purchase plans, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and HQ/APAC teams to review demand forecasts, purchasing requirements, and supply plans.
- Monitor actual sales performance against forecasts and adjust purchase and inventory plans accordingly.
- Maintain healthy inventory levels and appropriate stock coverage to support sales demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Identify potential stock shortages, overstock, slow-moving inventory, and supply risks, and proactively coordinate corrective action plans.
- Prepare and present regular PSI reports, including sales forecasts, purchase/inbound plans, inventory status, stock coverage, and key supply risks.
- Follow up on agreed PSI action items with relevant departments and ensure timely execution.
- Support new product launches, promotional activities, and business growth plans through effective PSI and inventory planning.
- Logistics & Distribution
- Oversee and coordinate import/export processes, customs clearance, and compliance with applicable Thai regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external logistics service providers to ensure smooth warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Monitor logistics operations and service performance to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers and distributors.
- Identify and coordinate the resolution of logistics and delivery issues that may impact business operations.
- Coordinate shipment priorities based on business requirements, product availability, and PSI plans.
- Monitor logistics costs, service quality, and operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure logistics activities effectively support sales requirements, product availability, and overall business objectives.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, stock coverage, and inventory turnover.
- Optimize inventory levels in line with sales demand, business requirements, and PSI plans.
- Minimize stock discrepancies, excess inventory, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory analysis and reporting to identify potential inventory risks.
- Coordinate with relevant teams on corrective actions for excess, aging, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
- Support continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and inventory management processes.
- Cost Control & Operational Efficiency
- Monitor logistics and supply chain costs, including freight, warehousing, transportation, and handling expenses.
- Ensure effective budget control and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Analyze logistics and supply chain costs and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Drive operational efficiency through process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor relevant logistics of service performance, cost efficiency, and service quality to support business requirements.
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Service, and other relevant functions to support business operations.
- Align supply chain and PSI plans with sales targets and overall business growth plans.
- Support new product launches, promotional activities, and other key business initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among local teams, HQ/APAC, suppliers, and relevant business partners.
- Proactively communicate supply, inventory, and logistics risks that may impact sales or business operations.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure supply chain and logistics activities comply with company policies, local regulations, customs requirements, and applicable import/export laws.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain, logistics, inventory, and delivery risks.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit readiness.
- Establish and maintain appropriate operational controls and procedures.
- Proactively escalate significant operational, inventory, supply, or compliance risks to relevant management.
- Team Management
- Lead, manage, and develop the Logistics and Supply Chain team.
- Define clear responsibilities and ensure effective workload allocation within the team.
- Set KPIs and monitor individual and team performance.
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen functional and professional capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement, accountability, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably with experience in PSI, demand planning, supply planning, or inventory planning.
- Experience in multinational companies or trading businesses is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PSI planning, demand and supply planning, inventory management, import/export processes, customs regulations, and logistics operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales forecasts, inventory levels, stock coverage, inventory aging, and supply risks.
- Good command of English; Chinese is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, cross-functional coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with regional/HQ teams, external service providers, and multiple internal stakeholders.
