• Manage full end to end recruitment of delivery motorbike riders fleet
• Manage performance and attendance of riders by setting targets and tracking performance with
• rider captains
• Support in the development of training plans and training of riders
• Support in rider equipment sourcing
• Support in all documentation inclusive of contracts, social security and welfare
• Support in other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

• Minimum Bachelor degree
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment
• A strong interest in HR is a must
• Independent, hardworking and confident self-starter
• Strong organizational skills with proactive personality
• Able to be flexible with time
• Thai National only, with fluency in written & verbal communication skills in Thai and English
