Manage the performance and attendance of riders by setting targets and tracking performance with rider captains.

  • Manage the performance and attendance of riders by setting targets and tracking performance with rider captains.
  • Achieve good Delivery Time and efficiency. Identify issues with delivery and follow up on them.
  • Manage inventory of equipment and Delivery Fleet payroll.
  • Hiring and managing delivery motorbike riders fleet
  • Running local day-to-day office management tasks
  • Coordinating with central customer service, account management, finance and marketing teams in Bangkok to ensure service quality is maintained
  • Hire, train and develop local team of cashiers, delivery captains, couriers and others
  • Be responsible for local quality of service - delivery times, success rates and customer satisfaction
  • Help and guide local restaurant partners through automation process, order processing, joint promotional activities and monthly invoicing
  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in logistics or delivery is preferred
  • Proven record of communication and engagement experience
  • High level of self confidence
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Determination to achieve goals
  • Experience of working for delivery company is a big advantage
  • Thai National with good command of English
