Job Description:
- Youth Network Development
- Plan, design, and implement youth camps and capacity-building activities.
- Develop environmental education activities and nature-based learning programs.
- Promote and strengthen the Youth Forest Conservation Network.
- Prepare project proposals and design youth engagement initiatives in various formats.
- Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to enhance youth participation.
- Monitor progress and continuously develop youth-led conservation activities.
- Nature Trail Development
- Conduct field surveys and assess ecological and landscape potential for nature trail development.
- Develop concept plans and guidelines for nature trail design, including learning points and interpretive themes.
- Understand basic construction plans and technical drawings related to trail structures, signage, and facilities.
- Prepare and manage project contracts, procurement documents, and contractor coordination.
- Oversee project management, including timeline, budget, deliverables, and reporting.
- Develop interpretive media such as signage, learning stations, storytelling themes, and on-trail activities.
- Coordinate closely with national park authorities, local communities, technical experts, and contractors.
- Reporting and Communication
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and lessons learned documentation.
- Summarize key messages and present work clearly using various communication formats.
- Demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collect and organize project-related data, photos, and evidence for reporting and communication purposes.
Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to trek in forests, work outdoors, and stay in field conditions with communities and nature.
- Ability to design environmental education content and youth learning processes.
- Strong project management skills, planning and monitoring, including negotiation skills.
- Strong writing skills for proposals, reports, and project documentation.
- Basic understanding of construction plans and the ability to work with engineers and contractors.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse groups.

- Willingness to travel frequently and conduct regular fieldwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental
Education, Biology, Forestry, Geography, or related fields.
- Experience working with youth, environmental activities, camps, field-based projects and/or communication work related to these areas is an advantage.
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
- Good command of English / TOEIC over 600.
