Project Sales Representative

- พาลูกค้าเข้าชมโครงการบ้านตัวอย่าง
- ให้บริการลูกค้าในการจองและทำสัญญา
- ให้การบริการจัดการงานขายและปิดการขาย
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้า และสถาบันการเงิน
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ศึกษารายละเอียดสินค้าและคู่แข่ง
- รายงานผลการติดตามลูกค้ารายสัปดาห์ ผลการขายสินค้า
- ร่วมกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายและการตลาด ตามที่บริษัทได้วางแผนไว้ คิดวิธีที่จะแสวงหาลูกค้าใหม่ๆ
- เปิดรับโซน พระราม2-ท่าข้าม,พุทธมณฑลสาย 4,เพชรเกษม,ปทุมธานี (ราชพฤกษ์),นนทบุรี (ราชพฤกษ์)
คุณสมบัติ
- อายุ 22 - 30 ปี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- บุคลิกดี มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี รักงานบริการและงานขาย
- สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้ดี
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (เลือกวันหยุดได้ในวันธรรมดา)
- สามารถทำงานได้ตามโครงการที่ระบุ (เปิดรับโซน พระราม2-ท่าข้าม,พุทธมณฑลสาย 4,เพชรเกษม,ปทุมธานี (ราชพฤกษ์-345))
- หากสามารถขับรถได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
