• Implementation and deployment of the Order & Contract Management for domestic and Export, Pricing, Credit Limit, Rebates & Free goods and DSD & Transportation/Logistics capabilities, Credit and Debit Notes (built through SAP S4 concepts).
• Responsible for design and implement O2C (Order to Cash) Process and Configuration of O2C (Order to Cash) functionalities of SAP SD which includes Operation Support and Projects.
• Objectives are to ensure the deployment of the Group Company template supporting the execution of business processes related to Go to Market & Sales Order Management from order capturing to invoice; and the related deployments to multiple locations.
• Order to Cash Process relates to:
• The order capture, management and provisioning of goods or services; providing a platform for sales to our end customers, accessing all information necessary to process, manage, ship and track orders in a timely manner;
• Setting up the correct pricing agreements and master records, i.e. all on-invoice and off-invoice discounts/agreements, free goods, list price, discounts, surcharges, freights, rebate agreements, customer bill backs, tax, etc
• Data governance and pricing controls including mass pricing maintenance; Sales, Pre-Sales & Pre Order DSD GTM models including enabling integration of back end SAP system with the front-line mobility solutions
• Picking, packing, shipping and delivering customer and stock transport orders
• Returns or inbound product receipts
• Integration with warehouse systems and advance transportation systems for route planning, load building, etc.
• Credit and Debit notes

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, or related field
• At least 5 years in parallel of experience in SAP SD implementation
• 2 years of experience in managing team or projects as team leader

• Results driven, and able to collaborate with management and colleagues to share the responsibilities for achieving an end-to-end solution for customers. Strong attention to detail which ensures that customer requirements are met and that a high quality standard is achieved.

• Provide technical leadership and ensure the development team adhere to agreed coding and development standards. Work with Tech Designers to ensure consistent, high quality technical solutions are delivered to agreed designs
