Sales Manager/ Senior Manager (Health & Beauty Category)

As a pioneer Sale Manager of a newly set up team, you will held accountable of the follow:
- Lead and create strategic sales plan by channel, including robust new business development.
- Create annual business plan, Sales plan , sales budgets, and expense budgets to achieve agreed
- growth (sell-in, sell-out, stock in trade etc.)
- Drive profitability of the accounts P&L and follow up on ROI/Revenue growth management and gross margin.
- Coordinate closely with Distributor sales teams (/or own sales team) as well as collaborating with the technical area as necessary to accelerate and drive profitable growth through solutions selling to targeted accounts.
- Ensure commercial objectives and KPIs are clearly set for the sales team and monitored on a monthly basis.
- Monitor the competition to better understand issues and threats and develop plans to eliminate barriers.
- Negotiate distributor/customer contracts and value packages to insure an acceptable return on company resources invested.
- Actively engage with Distributors Development Manager to explore different distribution model to optimize the cost and maximize the sustainable sales growth opportunity and profit.
- Ensure adherence of the responsible sales team to all Company principles and policies including Trade Spending, Trade Terms, Safety and local regulations
- Manage & strengthen the business partnership with Distributors. Ensure Distributors’ operations are efficient and effective i.e., warehouse & inventory management, logistics, sales effectiveness and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimal 5 years experience in managerial level from FMCG sector in sale function.
- Prefer candidates with experienced handling beauty store, chained drugstore accounts, modern trade, and local modern trade channels.
- Good analytical skills and able to identify business opportunities.
- Business fluency in English.
- Able to work up-country occasionally.
