- กำหนดกลุ่มเป้าหมายของลูกค้าประสานงาน และทำการ ขายสินค้าของเกษตรกร ในราคาที่เป็นธรรม และได้ตลาดที่มั่นคง มีการซ์้อขายต่อเนื่อง
- ร่วมวางแผนกับฝ่ายพัฒนาชุมชนฯ และเกษตรกรในการวางแผนการผลิต ผลผลิตทางการเกษตร เพื่อให้เหมาะสม กับแผนการขายและความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ขยายฐานตลาดให้ผลผลิตของเกษตรกร ภายใต้"บริษัทปลูกเพาะสุข" เช่น ผลผลิตผักอินทรีย์ เข้าสู่ห้าง Modern Trade หรือช่องทาง Online ที่เหมาะสม
- ขยายตลาดของวัสดุเพาะ/วัสดุปลูกของบริษัทปลูกเพาะสุข ให้เข้าถึงกลุ่มเกษตรกรที่ทำ เกษตรอินทรีย์
- ประสานงานเรื่องการขนส่งสินค้ารวมถึงบริหารค่าขนส่งให้เหมาะสม
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าและรายงานในการประชุมร่วมกับ ฝ่ายพัฒนาชุมชนฯ (Monthly Meeting)
- ทำรายงานความก้าวหน้านำเสนอคณะกรรมการเพื่อความยั่งยืนรายไตรมาส
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
