- พัฒนาจัดทำปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานด้านการพัฒนาเพื่อความยั่งยืนขององค์กรในทุกมิติให้มีความครบถ้วนและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและศึกษาแนวโน้มผลการดำเนินงานในมิติต่างๆด้านการพัฒนาเพื่อความยั่งยืนขององค์กร
- ให้คำแนะนำกับตัวแทนหน่วยงานและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานกับทุกหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและทุกกลุ่มธุรกิจเพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าสามารถดำเนินงานตามกรอบการพัฒนาเพื่อความยั่งยืนขององค์กรได้อย่างเหมาะสม
- ศึกษาติดตามมาตรฐานและกรอบการพัฒนาเพื่อความยั่งยืนเพื่อพัฒนาการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มมิตรผลให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน
- สนับสนุนงานพัฒนาเพื่อความยั่งยืน
- สนับสนุนงานด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ
- ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการพัฒนาเพื่อความยั่งยืน สิ่งแวดล้อม พัฒนาชุมชน
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี มุ่งมั่น เปิดกว้าง พร้อมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นตลอดเวลา
- มีความรู้เรื่องการดำเนินงานด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล นำเสนอข้อมูล และการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆได้ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี (อ่าน-เขียน)
