Accountabilities:
- Responsible for sales plans/activities to maximize efficiency (Volume, Market Share, Sales Margin)
- Create and maintain good relationships with customers and support their requirement.
- Manage and drive company business for execution all the sales plan and marketing campaign.
- Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monthly Marketing report concerned to overall business and updating for all competitors’ activities in the market.
- Develop sales channel in order to cover all the target business areas.
- Business plan and Sales forecasts on the responsible market.
- Cooperate with the company brand team for responsible in managing, directing, and coordinating with third party local distributors & merchandising teams to achieve KPIs.
- Work with the Planning/ Logistics/ CS/ QC, and production team to secure the market share and company’s service level.
Job Description
- Locating and developing new accounts and maintaining existing customer relationship
- Excellent sales forecasting, prospecting, qualification, presentation and selling skills
- A team player attitude, customer service oriented with strong work ethic and hunter attitude
- Maintaining up-to-date awareness of competitor's activities
- Analyze market data and market share to plan out sales strategies
- Handling for the export sales, order processing, payment tracking, on-time delivery management, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in BA/ Economics or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Export Sales, especially in FMCG is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong in interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Possess “can do” & “positive” attitude, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results.
- Good to have: Having background in export co-sales, or Freight Forwarder will be considered.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English (TOEIC 750 up).
- Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination and commitment to deliver results.
