วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่ง
- วิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงและจัดหาประกันภัยที่เหมาะสม ให้แก่ทุกกลุ่มธุรกิจในกลุ่มมิตรผล ติดตามและประสานงานเรื่องการเรียกร้องค่าสินไหมทดแทน รวมถึงดูแลระบบฐานข้อมูลและงานเอกสารของหน่วยงานประกันภัยกลุ่ม
ความรับผิดชอบ
- วิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงขององค์กร และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องของทุกกลุ่มธุรกิจ เพื่อวางแผนเรื่องการประกันภัยและการบริหารความเสี่ยงเชิงป้องกัน
- จัดหาประกันภัยที่เหมาะสมและเป็นประโยชน์สูงสุดให้แก่ ทุกกลุ่มธุรกิจในกลุ่มมิตรผล ตามประเภทกรมธรรม์ที่ได้ รับมอบหมาย และ ธุรกิจต่างประเทศในเครือมิตรผล
- ควบคุม ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องครบถ้วนของกรมธรรม์และ ค่าเบี้ยประกันภัยให้เป็นไปตามข้อตกลงการจัดทำประกันภัยที่ได้รับการอนุมัติ
- ให้คำแนะนำด้านประกันภัย ตลอดจนช่วยเจรจาต่อรองการเรียกร้องค่าสินไหมทดแทนให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขกรมธรรม์
- วางแผนและบริหารจัดการงบอบรมและการจัดอบรมให้แก่หน่วยงานต่างๆ
- จัดทำและพัฒนาระบบงาน ระบบเอกสารและฐานข้อมูล และนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานประกันภัยและการบริหารความเสี่ยงภัย
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี-โท สาขาประกันภัย การเงิน บัญชี วิศวกรรม หรือ การจัดการ
- ประสบการทำงานขั้นต่ำ 5 ปีในสายงานประกันภัยจากบริษัทขนาดใหญ่ บริษัท Insurance Broker หรือ บริษัท Non-Life Insurance ที่มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับประกันภัยต่าง เช่น Property/Casualty/Engineering/Marine/Motor/Business and Commercial Insurance
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และประเมินความเสี่ยงในระดับดี
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดีมาก (TOEIC มากกว่า 650)
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรองในระดับดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานในต่างจังหวัด/ต่างประเทศได้เป็นครั้งคราว
