ความรู้และทักษะความชำนาญ
- เรียนรู้ ทำความเข้าใจระบบข้อมูลที่จำเป็นขององค์กร ทั้งระบบข้อมูลลูกค้า ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ ข้อมูลบัญชีการเงิน ข้อมูลการขาย ข้อมูลการตลาด และข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับไม้ยางพารา และผลิตภัณฑ์ยางพารา
- รวบรวม จัดการข้อมูลภายในองค์กร และ Cleansing Data เพื่อให้ข้อมูลมีความถูกต้องสำหรับการวิเคราะห์
- รวบรวมและจัดการข้อมูลภายนอกองค์กร ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจ ทั้งข้อมูลพฤติกรรมลูกค้า ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ และข้อมูลการขายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วางแผนและจัดทำระบบ Data Lake ด้วย Hadoop เพื่อจัดเก็บข้อมูลทั้งแบบ Structure Data และ Unstructured Data
- จัดทำ Machine Learning หรือพัฒนา Statistic Model เพื่อทำนาย หรือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางธุรกิจสนับสนุนการการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหาร
- จัดการระบบความปลอดภัยข้อมูล และสิทธิการใช้งานของโปรแกรมแต่ละระบบให้สอดคล้องกับหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของผู้บริหารแต่ละตำแหน่งหน้าที่
- จัดทำคู่มือการใช้รายงาน และแนะนำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ที่นำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับองค์กร
- แนะนำให้ความรู้แก่ผู้บริหารและพนักงาน เรื่องระบบข้อมูล เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ปฏิบัติงานในทางธุรกิจได้อย่างเหมาะสม
- ควบคุมและปฏิบัติตามนโยบายดิจิตอลและเทคโนโลยี กลุ่มมิตรผล และตามข้อกำหนดบทกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ความรู้และทักษะความชำนาญ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาการข้อมูล, เทคโนโลยีข้อมูล, สถิติการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล, หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การจัดการ Data Lake, Hadoop, Python, R Program และ Tableauจะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ความสามารถการใช้และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษระดับดี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจข้อมูลสำคัญทางธุรกิจ ด้านการขาย การตลาด และบัญชีการเงิน
- มีความรู้ความสามารถการจัดการ Data Lake โดยใช้ Hadoop
- มึทักษะที่ดีในการคิดวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางธุรกิจ
- มีความสามารถในการวางแผนและควบคุมโครงการ
