Compliance Executive ( ผู้บริหารงานกำกับควบคุม Compliance )
atMitr Phol Sugar Corp., Ltd.- จัดทำกรอบปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย กฎ ระเบียบและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกลุ่มมิตรผล รวมถึงกำหนดร่างแนวปฏิบัติการกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงาน และร่างกลยุทธ์ เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงาน ให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย กฎ ระเบียบและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง และทบทวนให้เป็นปัจจุบันเหมาะสมกับสภาพการดำเนินการธุรกิจ
- เก็บรวบรวม ทบทวน และปรับปรุง รายการกฎหมาย ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับสัญญาและ แนวปฏิบัติที่เกี่ยวข้องให้มีความครบถ้วน และเป็นปัจจุบัน รวมถึงมีการจัดเก็บอยู่ในระบบฐานข้อมูลทั้งหม
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบในการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย กฎ ระเบียบและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยจำแนกตามประเภทธุรกิจ
- กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของกลุ่มมิตรผลให้ถูกต้องตามที่แนวปฏิบัติฯ กำหนดไว้ รวมทั้งประเมินความเหมาะสม และความสอดคล้องของกฎหมาย กฎ ระเบียบและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ให้คำปรึกษา ความรู้ และคำแนะนำแก่ผู้บริหารและพนักงานเกี่ยวกับ กฎหมาย กฎ ระเบียบและข้อบังคับ
- ดูแล และปรับปรุงระบบฐานข้อมูล ให้พร้อมใช้งานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงแนะนำการใช้งานระบบฐานข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง ให้กับตัวแทนหน่วยงาน
- ประสานงานและสนับสนุนหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานของกลุ่มมิตรผลเป็นไปตามแนวปฏิบัติฯ ที่กำหนดไว้อย่างถูกต้องและเหมาะสม และมีการจัดเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลทางกฎหมาย ระเบียบ ข้อบังคับ สัญญา แนวปฏิบัติที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Compliance Checklist)
- ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานด้านธรรมาภิบาล (Corporate Governance) ของกลุ่มมิตรผล
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์ หรือปริญญาโทในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านกฎหมายหรือ Compliance 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับด้านธรรมาภิบาล (Corporate Governance)
- มีทักษะในสื่อสาร สามารถทำงานประสานงานกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
