- รับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานและคู่มือความปลอดภัยฯ ของพนักงาน ผู้รับเหมา และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่นๆ (วิธีการปฏิบัติงาน) ของกลุ่มมิตรผล
- รับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานและคู่มืออาชีวอนามัยในกลุ่มมิตรผล
- ควบคุม แนะนำ และกำกับงานความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยของสำนักงานใหญ่
- ประสานงาน สนับสนุนและให้คำปรึกษางานความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย แก่โรงงาน
- อบรม และฝึกสอนความปลอดภัย และอาชีวนามัย
- รวบรวมรายงานและวิเคราะห์ความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยประจำเดือน จากโรงงาน เช่น สถิติอุบัติเหตุ ความเสี่ยง การตรวจความปลอดภัยฯ (safety walk through) เป็นต้น
- ติดตามและเผยแพร่กฎหมายความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัยที่ทันสมัยต่อโรงงาน และให้คำปรึกษาในเนื้อหากฎหมายต่อโรงงาน
- ตรวจสอบการดำเนินการงานความปลอดภัยฯ ของโรงงานในกลุ่มมิตรผล และเสนอแนะแนวทางปรับปรุงแก่โรงงาน
- พัฒนาระบบและวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย (Safety and Health develop & Culture)
- พัฒนา และสร้างองค์ความรู้งานความปลอดภัย และอาชีวอนามัยของกลุ่มมิตรผลและปฎิบัติตามหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี/ปริญญาโท สาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย /สิ่งแวดล้อม หรือเกี่ยวข้อง และเป็น จ.ป. วิชาชีพ
- มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านการบริหารความปลอดภัยในอุตสาหกรรมขนาดใหญ่
- มีความรู้เรื่อง กฎหมายความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย ระบบการจัดการ ISO14001 และ ISO45001 ในระดับที่ถ่ายทอดได้ และวิศวกรรมความปลอดภัยระดับพื้นฐาน
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (TOEIC ไม่น้อยกว่ากว่า 450)
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้
