Job Summary and Responsibilities Responsible for support the Front Office Manager the overall coordination, administration, implementation, and management of Rooms including of Kids club & Recreation programs in the hotel. Guest Experience Coordinator work closely with the Front Office Manager in oversees the kids club & recreation, entertainment, sports and activities available to guests, making sure the facilities are maintained, accessible and adequately staffed. He/she trains and oversees employees to provide sufficient guest service and supervision. - Providing warm welcome to arriving guest and give the information about the hotel facilities and surrounding to the guest. - Escort the guest to their room and conduct room orientation. - Assisting the hotel guest to their enquiries. - Responsibility to collect guest feedback during their stay or departure. Job Requirements

• Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant degree.
• Fresh graduate is welcome. Minimum of 1 years in Reception or Guest Service experience will be a strong plus
• Have good English and Chinese communication skills
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
