Project Manager/Strategic Planner
atD-Fusion Co., Ltd.- วางแผนการทำงานให้ตรงตาม Timeline, จัดโครงสร้างและแจกจ่ายงานให้สมาชิกภายในทีมได้
- ทำ Strategic Plan และ Presentation ที่สามารถนำเสนอให้กับลูกค้าได้ด้วยตนเอง
- ทำงานเพื่อตอบ Requirement ของลูกค้า และ สามารถเสริมในสิ่งที่เป็นประโยชน์กับลูกค้าหรือบริษัทได้ ด้วยความสร้างสรรค์
- ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้า และ ทีม โดยทำงานใกล้ชิดกับ Director
- อัพเดทความรู้รอบตัวด้านต่างๆ และสามารถนำมาใช้ประโยชน์ในการทำงานได้
- มีความเป็นผู้นำที่เปิดรับความคิดของคนอื่น และ พร้อมจะเป็นผู้ตามที่ตื่นตัว
- มีทัศนะคติที่ดีในการทำงาน ชอบคิดอะไรใหม่ๆ ชอบความท้าทาย ชอบแสดงความคิดเห็น และคิดวิเคราะห์
- สามารถลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้ โดยการจัดระเบียบความคิดได้ตามหลักเหตุผล และ โครงสร้างต่างๆ
- มีความคล่องแคล่ว มุ่งมั่น และ อดทนในการทำงาน
- มีทักษะในสื่อสารได้ชัดเจนทั้งการพูด และ เขียน (ถ้าได้ภาษาอังกฤษด้วยจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน Online Marketing, Agency, Brand Consultancy มากกว่า 2-3 ปี
- มีพื้นฐานที่ดีในการทำ Presentation ที่สามารถสื่อสารได้ดีและสวยงาม
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในเวลาของการทำงาน
