Producer / Event Management (Contract 1 yr)

• Manage on-ground execution campaign including planning, sourcing, producing, executing, quality controlling and reporting.
• Manage internal budget of the on-ground campaign, assigned by project manager.
• Help project manager in proposing on-ground creative ideas, proposing solution to on-ground relating problems.
• Suppliers management including sourcing qualified suppliers, coordinating and quality controlling.
• Support and work with other cross-functional team ie. online, art, account management and finance to achieve project goals.

• Age 25 or obove
• Bachelor degree in any field
• No experiences required, event management and production experiences will be considered
• Good communication in English
• Able to adapt to quick change in project and clients requirement
• Proficient in computer programs such as Word Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to work underpressure
• Flexible to work irregular hours, hard-working and responsible
