- เพศชาย อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี จากคณะ/สาขา การตลาด ศิลปศาสตร์ ศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ การจัดการ หรือคณะ/สาขา ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในงานด้านการผลิต Offline ถ้าเคยทำงานใน Agency หรือ Organizer มาก่อนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการบริหารเวลาและทรัพยากรเพื่อทำให้โครงการสำเร็จ
- หากมีข้อมูลของ Supplier ด้านต่างๆ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความยืดหยุ่นเรื่องเวลาการทำงาน
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน
