Everyday…

• Handle and oversee the full spectrum of design, partner with Product Owners and Engineers to oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch. 

• Mentor, coach and build a high performing UX/UI team of skilled user experience professionals with focusing on interaction design and seamless online customer journey.

• Visualize, design and conceptualize the user experience including creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows

• Do usability tests from internal and external clients and analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience

• Understand product definition and user interface design requirements. Facilitate Design Thinking workshops and lead Design Sprints. 

• Revise and update design and documentation based on continuing user testing and customer feedback

• Further, develop the designs and design materials in sufficient detail that they can be expressed as clear features suitable for implementation by software development teams.

Your will need to…

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Multimedia, Information Architecture, Human-Computer Interaction, Instructional or Graphic Design, related field. 

• 5 years+ of UX/UI design experience for digital and web/mobile-based products (and the portfolio to prove it. 

• Experienced in recruiting, leading and mentoring a design team is a plus.

• Strong skills in UX design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

• Have experience in conducting user research, usability testing, prototyping and A/B testing

• Skills in HTML & CSS are an advantage

• A follower of design trends & technology of web/app design.

• Strong in creative visual design and communication. The ability to apply them to a Computer User Interface.

• Able to interact with development,  business, and client team

• Effective ability to lead and train teams through sprint planning, retrospectives, and facilitation of multiple sprints within a startup environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
