Collection Supervisor (Trade Credit Management - Head Office)
atThai Metal Trade PCL- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบ การวางบิล และรับเช็ค ตลอดจนความถูกต้องของการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
- ควบคุม และตรวจสอบ ติดตามลูกหนี้ที่มีอายุหนี้เกินกำหนด และสรุปเป็นรายงานให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประสานงานกับผู้ให้ประกันลูกหนี้เพื่ออัพเดตลูกหนี้ที่เกินกำหนด รวมไปถึงกรณีเรียกร้องค่าความเสียหายเมื่อลูกหนี้ไม่จ่ายชำระหนี้
- พิจาราณาคัดเลือกสำนักงานกฏหมาย และ เป็นผู้รับมอบอำนาจในการดำเนินคดีกับลูกหนี้ในชั้นศาล ตลอดจนการเตรียมเอกสารในการดำเนินคดี
- การนำเสนอเครื่องมือ วิธีการทำงานใหม่ๆเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน ตามสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลง
- จัดทำ KPI ระดับบุคคล และทีมร่วมกับผู้บังคับบัญชา
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขาการเงินหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ขึ้นไปเกี่ยวกับงานด้านการติดตามชำระหนี้จากลูกค้า
- มีประสบการณ์และความรู้ในการเป็นผู้รับมอบ ในการดำเนินคดีกับลูกหนี้ในชั้นศาล
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้แอปพลิเคชัน MS Office และระบบบัญชีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ SAP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- บุคลิกภาพที่ดีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ และทักษะการแก้ปัญหา
