• Produce art layouts by developing art concepts and providing work direction to graphic and visual communication team as well as the digital and interactive media team
• Produce illustrative material by assigning layout design concept to artists and photographers and directing development of design concepts into art layouts.
• Prepare layouts for printing by marking-up, pasting-up, and finishing layouts upon approval.
• Review project production factors by studying budget, background information, objectives, presentation approaches, styles, and techniques.
• Select and secure illustrative material by formulating basic layout design concept and conducting research.
• Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, and implementing changes.
• Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different briefs from the marketing as well as other internal departments.
• Meet creative department's work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
• Meet creative department's cost standards by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions.

• 2 years minimum of experience (Publishing Industry would be advantage)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related fields.
• Skilled in graphic design, layout, multi-media and other creative applications
• Customer-focused, creative, flexible, detail and deadline-oriented
• Up-to-date on new trends and ideologies in the digital world
• Ability to develop effective design ideas that are visually captivating and conceptually engaging
• Experienced in interactive and graphic design including composition, layout, colors and typography
• Excellent skills in necessary application i.e. Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Firework, Dreamweaver, Illustrator
• Versatile in designs and styles with the passion to push boundaries
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines
• Can maintain good level of design quality and strong work ethic
• Willing to contribute and work as a team
