Strategic Partnerships Manager (English, Thai)

The Channel Sales team focuses on building and managing long-term relationships with partners that scale Google's advertising products to SMB advertisers. We are focused on empowering small and medium sized businesses with Google Ads and other advertising solutions. You'll work cross-functionally across the organization, gain broad exposure to a range of Google products, and interact daily with partners who help carry out our mission across a diverse market.

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager for the Thailand market, you will be responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of our channel partners. The role requires high-levels of entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, influential management skills and personal presence as you help our partners define their strategic direction in the digital marketplace now, and going forward.

We are dedicated to growing the unique needs of advertising companies. Our teams of strategists, analysts, advisers and support specialists collaborate closely to spot and analyze customer needs and trends. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.

  • Manage Google partners and maintain partner relationships at executive levels across organizations. Provide advice on which specific products to integrate, report to advertisers and support technical challenges.
  • Develop strategic business plans for our partners and help identify creative initiatives. Implement processes for managing, engaging, and expanding partnerships.
  • Develop strategic account plans focused on identifying creative initiatives. Lead implementation of various initiatives cross-functionally (tech, marketing, sales enablement, product training, account management, strategic planning) to identify roadblocks and provide strategic recommendations for partners.
  • Ensure that partners fulfill their obligations and that Google provides them with the required assistance. Support and communicate effectively with English and Vietnamese speaking clients.
  • Lead ad-hoc projects, both internally and externally, focused on driving strategic initiatives on cross-functional scale across geographies.
  • Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in commercial partner management, business development and/or strategic consulting.
  • Experience in data analysis and technology and experience in cross-functional projects aimed at improving commercial performance.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Thai fluently and idiomatically
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, AdTech, and Marketing Automation.
