Job Responsibilities

• Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Leading the End-to-end testing processes for new and existing projects to meet user needs.
• Define and execute testing to measure Accuracy, Latency for AI development (Agentic AI, Predictive AI)
• Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Designing, developing, and executing tests, both automation and manual.
• Investigating the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating test activities.
• Recording issue log documents thoroughly and track bugs.
• Coordinating and providing solutions for application testing throughout the lifecycle to business users, developers, and designers, Infra & Security team, and vendors.
• Organizing and coordinating tasks and activities performed by the project team to ensure project progress.
• Serving as a single point of contact for some of the assigned applications
• Investigating and resolving application functionality-related issues, providing first-level support, troubleshooting, and identifying modifications needed to meet business processes.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field from Prominent universities
• Proven work experience 5 years or above in software development and QA, automated testing tools (Playwright and Cypress).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Able to multi-task and prioritize workload supporting multiple projects.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
