Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of substation projects (HV/MV, e.g. 230kv/500kv) supporting project developments
• Manage project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning
• Coordinate with utility (PEA/MEA), consultants, EPC contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety (EHS), and data center reliability requirements
• Monitor project progress, cost, schedule, and risks; drive mitigation actions
• Support interface management between substation, MEP, and data center core & shell works
• Oversee energization and integration with data center critical power systems

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 8–15 years of experience in substation / power infrastructure projects
• Experience in data center, power plant, or critical facilities is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HV systems, transformers, switchgear, protection & relay
• Familiar with project management tools and contract management (EPC)
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
• Ability to travel/work upcountry and abroad.
