- เป็นตัวแทนบริษัทในการให้คำปรึกษาเรื่องวิศวกรรมกับกรรมการนิติบุคคลฯ
- เป็นผู้ออกแบบ Preventative Maintenance Plan ให้กับอาคารชุดต่างๆของบริษัท
- ควบคุมการทำงานของฝ่ายวิศวกรรมบริษัท (วิศวกร, หัวหน้าช่าง, ช่าง) ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบและมาตรฐานของบริษัท
- บริหารจัดการทีมวิศวกร โดยการจัดแบ่งงานความรับผิดชอบ และประเมินผลการทำงานของทีม
- คัดกรองบุคลากรทางวิศวกรรม (วิศวกร, หัวหน้าช่าง) ให้เหมาะสมกับการทำงานของบริษัท
- สามารถเดินทางไปตรวจเช็คงานตามคอนโดที่ต่างๆในกรุงเทพฯได้ (ออกต่างจังหวัดได้หากจำเป็น)
- สามารถออกแบบ Preventive Maintenance Plan และระบบการทำงานของช่างอาคารได้
- สามารถบังคับบัญชาได้ สอนงานได้ และบังคับใช้กฏได้
- สามารถทำงานในวันเสาร์อาทิตย์ได้ และในวันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์หากมีเหตุจำเป็น
