Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle radio network quality both of voice and data in the metropolitan area
- Worst cell analysis and improvement
- Plan new sector/small/macro site to meet coverage and capacity plan & optimization
- Handling customer complaints from radio networks in the metropolitan area
- Explore and analyze radio parameters and feature both voice and data to improve radio network following the company policy
- Handle the major event in Bangkok by plan new resources to support capacity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering
- 0 - 3 years experience in RF Engineer
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Have knowledge in Statistical analysis, Database analysis, and Data analytic skill
- Have programming skills will be an advantage
