Job Summary

Health Care Profession Channel Development is company representative as a key point of contact to healthcare professional customers. The job is to drive recommendation and sales revenue in healthcare sector, taking care exiting customers and developing new customer. Customer include doctors, nurses and nutritionists in hospitals, clinics and other medical partners/associations.  

Responsibilities

• Organize appointment and arrange meeting with HCP community and hospital based healthcare staff to create awareness, educate and promote company's products in order that they would recommend ans sell company's products.
• Implement healthcare professional marketing program to healthcare professional customers according to marketing plan.
• Develop HCP connection, relationship and Key Option Leader in HCP channel
• Deal closely with the hospital's key stakeholders
• Identify and establish new business
• Drive recommendation,negotiate contract and Managing work within budgets
• Forecast and reviewing sales performance according set KPI setting 
• Name collection for database and membership registration 
• Able to work cross-functionally to be updated with new product and new strategies

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmaceutical or medical sciences or related
• At least 4-5 years of direct experience as a Sales to hospitals
• Great selling, negotiating and business development skills
• Result oriented and can work under pressure
