You will work with Human Resources Technology Solutions provider in Asia to transform HR and finance operations through innovative software and expert services – including HRMS, payroll outsourcing, ERP implementation, and accounting

Job Function:

Job Description:

• Analyze business and system requirements to design effective test scenarios and test cases
• Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications to ensure quality, performance, and usability
• Own testing scope for assigned modules/features and ensure complete test coverage
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues
• Validate data accuracy using SQL queries and support data-related testing
• Support SIT and UAT activities, including test planning, execution, and reporting
• Work closely with BA, developers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field
• 3 – 5 years of experience in manual testing
• Strong experience in testing both web and mobile applications
• Ability to analyze requirements and design test scenarios/test cases independently
• Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• Good knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform defect analysis
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proactive mindset with good time management and ownership
• Nice to have: Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman) or exposure to automation testing
• Thai Native level with good command in English for dicumentattion
