Sales and Customer Relationship Supervisor, Chiang Mai
atBC Operations (Thailand) LimitedWe are looking for a passionate and detail oriented Sales and Customer Relationship (SCM) Supervisor to supervise a team of Officers to ensure top quality, welcoming and an efficient integrated customer engagement experience. As the Supervisor, you would need to work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the branch meets and exceeds the sales and customer management targets and to build a high performing team and embed a results-orientated sales and customer management culture in the SCM process. You will be tasked to answer all enquiries, follow up with leads and ensure the Officers answer enquiries with the purpose of generating excitement and interest in our products and driving the customers to visit the centre for a face-to-face consultation. Job duties will also include handling complaints and feedback according to the Complaint Management Policy as well as leading the Officers in the registration of new and existing customers. Other tasks will consist of registering/reserving/waitlisting students in appropriate classes, booking placement tests and data collection and reporting.
- To assist Branch Manager to meet and exceed the sales targets and customer management KPIs
- To provide customer service to Teaching Centre students and support to Adult learners during the course of their studies with British Council and achieve reregistration and lesson consumption targets.
- OPEC relationship maintenance
- To ensure facilities, systems and resources services are efficient, effective, and meet internal customer's needs at Chiangmai office.
- To provide level 1 support, including liaise with core BSS support team in Bangkok for supports, to users of teaching and SCM teams for IT and facilities maintenance at Chiangmai office.
- To be responsible for ensuring Chiangmai front office and open space in the campus is well-maintained

- Fluent in both English & Thai communication skills.
- Education to tertiary level at any disciplines
- At least three years supervisor experience in admin & operational environment of customer management related field.
