Business Manager (Credit Analyst)
atIndustrial and Commercial Bank of China (Thai) Plc - ICBC- To support Regional Manager's management work and be representative of Regional Manager for specific assigned job.
- To assist Regional Manager to develop and encourage branch banking business in 3 segments: Lending, Funding and Retail banking.
- Be pro-active and cooperating with branches in developing new potential customers in order to propose suitable credit facility with acceptable credit risk providing prompt response to the customer.
- Referring customer to the branches and Cross-sell all banking products to customer.
- Cooperate with the Branch and Credit Risk Department in all approval processing (annual review, increase, new, others) i.e. Coach and advice Branch's RM in credit application's preparation ensuring there is sufficient important information for authorized person to make decision, Reviewing credit application after completing by Branch RM, Submit proposal including Q&A with Credit Risk Department, Presenting proposal to Credit Committee for approval.
- Monitor loan portfolio of each assigned business centers in order to maintain portfolio quality, loan classification, and annual credit renewal to be complied with the bank's policy.
- To perform other jobs as assigned by supervisor.
- MBA in Finance or related filed.
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in lending business.Proficient in English i.e. writing, reading, speaking
- Marketing skill and knowledge of banking products and service.
- Finance or Accounting or Economics background.
