Job Description
- ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน การลงทุน ประกัน หรือบริการอื่นๆ ของธนาคาร
- ตอบคำถาม ให้ข้อมูล อธิบายรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับบริการ ผลิตภัณฑ์ เงื่อนไข ข้อดี-ข้อเสีย รวมถึงทางเลือกอื่นๆ ที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า
- บริหารจัดการและสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับสาขา รวมถึงติดตาม ดูแลลูกค้าของสาขาธนาคาร ตลอดจนสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าใหม่
- รับฟังข้อกังวลหรือปัญหาในการจัดการพอร์ตการลงทุนของลูกค้าสาขา และให้แนวทางแก้ไขอย่างเหมาะสม
- ดำเนินการขายและปิดการขาย กระตุ้นให้ลูกค้าตัดสินใจปรับพอร์ต หรือลงทุนเพิ่มเติม
- ประสานงานภายในกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงติดตามผลและปรับปรุงการให้บริการกับลูกค้า
Qualification
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี หรือสูงกว่า ในสาขาการเงิน การธนาคาร, บัญชี, เศรษฐศาสตร์, การตลาดและอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการลงทุน อาทิ เงินฝาก กองทุน ประกัน เป็นต้น
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการให้คำแนะนำการลงทุนมาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
- มีใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้แนะนำการลงทุน เช่น IC License Complex 1 หรือ Complex 2 หรือ IP License เป็นต้น
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานระบบ CRM หรือแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทักษะการสื่อสารดี สามารถให้คำแนะนำได้อย่างชัดเจน และสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
