Job Description
1) Data Performance Dashboard Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain data performance dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs for Digital Juristic & Retail Payment functions.
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
2) Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and visualizations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
3) Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the management of data-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives.
4) Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects related to data analytics and performance improvement.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery.
5) Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate findings, projections, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external parties to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Qualification
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and managing data performance dashboards.
- Experience in portfolio management and project management.
