Job Description
- ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และติดตามรายการใช้บัตรเครดิต บัตรเดบิต บัตร ATM และผลิตภัณฑ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของลูกค้า เพื่อตรวจหาธุรกรรมที่อาจเป็นการทุจริต ผ่านระบบ PRM ผ่าน Report และแหล่งข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ของธนาคาร
- โทรติดต่อลูกค้าเมื่อตรวจพบรายการที่น่าสงสัย เพื่อยืนยันความถูกต้องของธุรกรรม และดำเนินการระงับบัตรชั่วคราวเพื่อรอการยืนยันจากผู้ถือบัตรและจากร้านค้าที่รับบัตรเครดิต ในกรณีไม่สามารถติดต่อได้และสงสัยว่าเป็นการทุจริต ให้ดำเนินการลดวงเงินบัตรเดบิตเป็น 0 บาท เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหาย
- ระงับบัตรถาวรและออกบัตรใหม่ให้แก่ผู้ถือบัตรหากยืนยันว่าบัตรถูกนำไปใช้ในการทุจริต ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถติดต่อลูกค้าและร้านค้าได้ ให้ดำเนินการส่งหนังสือแจ้งการระงับบัตรเพื่อรอการยืนยันรายการต้องสงสัย
- ตรวจสอบธุรกรรมของร้านค้าสมาชิก เพื่อป้องกันการทุจริตที่อาจเกิดขึ้น โดยใช้ข้อมูลจากระบบ PRM และรายงานจาก Visa/MasterCard พร้อมทั้งโทรติดต่อร้านค้าเพื่อยืนยันความถูกต้องของธุรกรรมหากพบธุรกรรมที่น่าสงสัย
- สืบสวนและตรวจสอบพฤติกรรมของร้านค้ารับบัตรที่น่าสงสัย อาทิ การใช้บัตรปลอม บัตรหาย หรือบัตรที่ได้มาโดยมิชอบ และดำเนินการระงับการเบิกถอนเงินจากบัญชีของร้านค้าดังกล่าว
- รับเรื่องร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับธุรกรรมต้องสงสัยจาก Call Center / ผู้ถือบัตร / หน่วยงานภายในธนาคาร รวมถึงหนังสือร้องขอตรวจสอบจากเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ
- ตรวจสอบแหล่งที่มาของการคัดลอกข้อมูลบัตรลูกค้าที่นำไปใช้ในการทุจริต (Card Present Point: CPP) เพื่อประสานงานในการอายัดบัตรที่มีความเสี่ยง
คุณสมบัติ :
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขานิติศาสตร์ เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือบริหารธุรกิจ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านธุรกิจบัตรเครดิตอย่างน้อย 1 ปี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแพ่งและอาญา
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน อยู่ในระดับดี
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office 365 ได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
