- Develop Customer Experience strategy and customer journey from generated customer insights
Seek and provide SCB's products and services as per customer requests over the phone with strictly comply with SCB's policy
- Understand customer's need, offer a solution and solve customer's problems by applying empowerment criteria set and/or pass the requests to concerned units
- Follow up the progress of customer problems and solve them according to working instructions
- Provide detailed information, compare product & service benefits with competitors, and offer the best suitable product and/or service to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in customer center agent
- Able to work under pressure and on shift work
- Strong interpersonal skill and service-minded
- Good command of spoken/written in Thai and English with English Proficiency Test (TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS)
- Good skill in Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Listening, Data Entry Skills, People Skills, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail
